Pressured Water Damages a Lauderdale Bathroom

The Before Photo shows an orange wall soaked with water from a leak in the supply line. The subflooring, below the linoleum covering, was also wet from the leakage. SERVPRO technicians inspect and then set up a demolition as shown in the After Photo. This older structure needs careful drying of the framing, exterior wood, and certainly the rough flooring. Preventing mold infestations and pathogenic attacks can be countered with an EPA-certified antimicrobial agent.
