Water Damage Remediation in St Anthony

The utility closet in this St Anthony rental unit was leaking water from the supply line to the hot water tank. It went unnoticed as the moisture accumulated in the wall void until the black mold appeared on the surface. SERVPRO, called in for mold remediation and water damage repairs, scoped the damage, and then performed a controlled demolition. All the mold-infested and soaked drywall was removed down to the studs. The tank was removed before facilitating the work. The exposed surfaces, received an antifungal spray to prevent future mold infestations from this utility closet. Once the prepping is completed, the build back of the walls can begin. Our goal is to minimize the demolition and restore the water and mold damage to its preloss condition.
