Office Flooding in Falcon Heights

The Before Photo says it all--the ceiling lights reflecting off the standing water on the carpet. This clean water resulted from a break in a fitting in the nearby restroom of this Falcon Heights office. This suite of offices was soaked with water in several areas, but the SERVPRO crew arrived with a truck-mounted pump, several portable pumps and soon extracted the bulk of the pooling water. A challenge was to minimize the disruption to the office routines as much as possible and to preserve the electronics, paperwork, furnishings, and structural components of the building.
