Condo Building Basement and Water Damage in St. Anthony

The cast-iron water line split from the freeze and soaked the basement area of a condominium in St. Anthony. Unfortunately, pipes also froze in the above units damaging the ceilings and walls with large volumes of water. The immediate goal of our SERVPRO team was to remove the risk factor of wet, heavy acoustical ceiling tiles. We checked for moisture and the insurance carrier agreed to remove the sheetrock. Our ASD applied structural drying technician led the way with this demolition, down to the steel studs and bare concrete floor pad. The After Photo shows the results of our efforts.
